For full OEM, a tech pack is ideal but not mandatory. If you have sketches, reference images, or even just a detailed description, our design team can help develop the tech pack for you. For ODM, no tech pack is needed 鈥?just choose from our existing designs.
Yes! You can mix multiple styles and colors in one shipment. The MOQ applies per style per color (typically 50 pcs). Mixing sizes within a style/color is always allowed at no extra cost.
We take intellectual property seriously. We're happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before sharing any designs. Your designs, patterns, and brand information are kept strictly confidential and never shared with third parties or used for other clients.
We conduct rigorous quality control at every stage. Before shipment, we provide detailed inspection reports and photos. If any product doesn't match the approved sample, we'll remake it at our cost. We also accept third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek) at your request.
